PRIVACY POLICY OF FLEXX_N DANCE ACADEMY

This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by FLEXX_N relating to its [members, donors, participants or other interested parties]. 2. Which data does FLEXX_N process, and for what purpose

2.2 Flexx_n further processes the personal data referred to in section 2.1 for the following purposes:

1) your name, address, telephone number and email address are used to contact you about your membership and any cancellation, and to register or deregister you for certifications of 3e organisations, to provide information you have requested or to process information obtained from you,

2) your name, address and telephone number are used to send invitations and information about FLEXX_N services and activities;

3) your name and bank account number are used to process payments for membership fees, courses, training, orders or services and/or products purchased.

2.3 Your name and telephone number will be used for up to one year after the agreement ends to ask about your experiences with FLEXX_N and inform you about developments at FLEXX_N.

Email notifications:

FLEXX_N uses your name and email address to send you its email newsletter with information about dance-related activities, services and/or products, or other interesting information about FLEXX_N membership. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

  1. Retention periods

FLEXX_N processes and stores your personal data for the duration of your membership and for up to one year after it ends. The personal data is then destroyed once the dance season has officially ended (except for data that must be retained for tax purposes). We ask for your specific consent to create and use images, and have an additional policy that is always read together with this one and cannot be considered separately.

4.1   FLEXX_N has put appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your personal data.

4.2   FLEXX_N uses third-party services (processors) to process personal data. We have a data processing agreement with the processor.

  1. Right of access, erasure and questions/complaints

5.1   You can submit a request to view, receive, amend or delete your personal data through FLEXX_N’s membership administration. FLEXX_N will process your request and inform you within one month of receiving it.

5.2   If you wish to object to the (further) processing of your personal data as referred to in Article 2, you can also contact the membership administration.

5.3   If you have a complaint about how FLEXX_N processes your personal data or handles your requests, you can contact the data protection officer.

This privacy policy may be amended. Changes will be announced by email and on the website, and the policy will also be available to read on the FLEXX_N website. We recommend checking the privacy policy regularly.

Omdat the binnen een dansorganisatie gebruikelijk is dat er veelvuldig gebruik is gemaakt van beeldmateriaal with geluid hebben we een apart formulier gemaakt waarin we u om toestemming vragen for the hierin opgesomde punten. Bij dit formulier hoort een begeleidend schrijven waarin we expliciet ons beeld and geluid beleid beschrijven. Om er zeker van te zijn dat u zowel dit privacy beleid gelezen heeft als ook the beleid omtrent the toestemming with betrekking tot publicatie van foto’s and video’s verzoeken we u om beiden te ondertekenen alvorens the at the administratie in te leveren.
